Bio

Is he rock? Is he country? Is he folk? Is he gospel? All of these questions have been asked by the music world as of late in efforts to try and pin point the style of music Josh Reardon brings to the table. The answer is simply all of them. This singer/songwriter has been developing his brand of Kentucky Fried Rock in the local scene of central Kentucky for a decade now. With influences ranging from Steve Earle to Third Day Reardon has a developed a unique sound. Whether it leaves them wanting more or scratching their heads, Josh Reardon’s brand of music seems to always leave an impression.

The past few years have been the busiest of Reardon’s life. Having opened or graced the stage for the likes of Mercy Me, The Myriad, John Michael Montgomery, and Caedmon’s Call. Whether it’s a crowd of 20,000 or 20, Reardon has the stage experience in all the areas needed. After leaving an independent record deal in July 2007, Reardon embarked on a task to independently fund and create his own album. Reardon then hired producer David Barrick, after stopping in the studio in between shows on the road Reardon’s debut album was complete and in June 2010 the self titled Josh Reardon album was finally released.

After a decade of rocking the bluegrass Reardon continues to bring a great musical experience to all who come in contact with his music. He loves helping people as much as he possibly can. Reardon has a deep passion for his faith as Christian and is reflected not only in his music but his life. Reardon is on a mission to reach out to the broken people of the world and let them know in the midst of all the despair we are facing these days there is hope.
